I am incredibly grateful for the people I have met at this gym; they are honestly some of the kindest and most patient people I have ever encountered, which helped ease my fear of not knowing a technique or move. As a woman as well, I was frightened that I might be walking into a very macho gym but I never got that vibe and the ratio of women to male is fairly leveled.
